dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bezpečnost leteckého provozu. Rekreační a sportovní létání (dále RaSL) představuje většinu každodenního leteckého provozu. Záměrem práce je rozebrat data letecké nehodovosti, poukázat na nebezpečí spojená s RaSL a představit tuto problematiku široké veřejnosti. Hlavním cílem je navrhnout opatření, která by mohla pozitivně ovlivnit bezpečnost RaSL. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je představena problematika mezinárodní i české letecké legislativy a vzdušného prostoru ČR. V praktické části jsou analyzovány data o bezpečnosti leteckého provozu a přehledně pre-zentovány. Analyzují se i data letecké nehodovosti a jejích příčin. V poslední části jsou navržena opatření, která mohou přispět ke zvýšení či udržení bezpečnosti RaSL. Autor práce má praktické zkušenosti z leteckého výcviku na větroni v Aeroklubu Jihlava a posléze leteckého výcviku vojenských pilotů v Pardubicích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on air traffic safety. Recreational and sport flying represents the majority of daily air traffic. The aim of this work is to analyze the data of air acci-dents, to point out the dangers associated with recreational and sport flying and to intro-duce this issue to the general public. The main objective is to propose measures that could positively affect the safety of recreational and sport flying. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part presents the issue of international and Czech aviation legislation and the airspace of the Czech Republic. In the practical part data on the safety of air traffic are analyzed and clearly presented. Air accident data and its causes are analyzed. The last part proposes measures that can contribute to increasing or maintaining the safety of recreational and sport flying. The author of this work has practical experience of flying training on the glider in Aeroclub Jihlava and later flying training of military pilots in Pardubice.
