Předmětem bakalářské práce je proces výroby a výběru dioptrických brýlí, který se skládá z výběru brýlové obruby a čoček, anatomické úpravy, centrace, zábrusu a vsazení brýlových čoček do obruby. Proces je ukončen kontrolou před výdejem výrobku zákazníkovi. Pozornost je věnována hlavním rizikům, které byly zjištěny analýzou FMEA při práci, kterou zabezpečuje oční optik, nikoli však defekty vzniklé ve výrobě komponentů. Součástí analýzy mimo hlavní tabulky, jsou také tři pomocné, vyjadřující závažnost, výskyt a odhalitelnost. Výpočet rizikového prioritního čísla detekoval významná a nepřijatelná rizika, pro která jsou navrhnuta opatření, vedoucí ke spokojenosti klienta, a tím i snížení pravdě-podobnosti vzniku reklamací. |

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of production and selection of prescription glasses, which are used to select spectacle frames and lenses, anatomical modifications, centering, grinding and inserting spectacle lenses into the frame. The process is completed before the customer's product is dispensed. Attention is focused on the main risks, which were determinated by FMEA analysis during the work provided by an ophthalmic optician however, not defects arising in the manufacture of components. Except for main table, analysis includes also three auxiliary, expressing severity, occurrence and detectability. The calculation of the risk priority number detected significant and unacceptable risks for which are proposed corrective actions leading to client satisfaction and reduce probability of complaints. |
