Bakalářská práce rozebírá ochranu měkkých cílů se zaměřením na fáze útoku. Úvodem jsou zmíněny současné problémy v této oblasti. V první kapitole je vysvětlen pojem měkké cíle, jejich typy, dokumenty vydané státem pro řešení ochrany měkkých cílů, také možné útoky na měkký cíl a kdo jej ohrožuje. Druhá kapitola objasňuje terorismus, jeho typy, využívané zbraně a uvádí teroristické útoky posledních let. Další kapitolou jsou systémy technické ochrany, jejichž úkolem je chránit osoby a majetek v objektech nebo prostorách. Poslední kapitola v teoretické části se zabývá fyzickou ostrahou, uvádí nejen složky IZS, jimiž jsou Policie ČR nebo Armáda ČR, ale také soukromé bezpečnostní služby a soukromou osobu, např. bodyguarda. Praktická část se věnuje fázím útoku na měkké cíle. Fáze jsou rozděleny na fázi před útokem, fázi během útoku, fázi po útoku. Poslední kapitolou bakalářské práce je popis konkrétního objektu, jež je v tomto případě obchodní galerie. |

Bachelor thesis is focused on the protection of soft targets with focus on the attack phases. The current problems in this area are mentioned in the introduction. The first chapter explains the concept of soft targets, their types, documents issued by the state to address the protection of soft targets, as well as possible attacks on the soft target and who threathens it. The second chapter explains terrorism, it's types, used weapons and lists terrorist attacks of recent years. The next chapter is dedicated to technical protection systems, whose purpose is to protect people and property inside buildings or premises. The last chapter in the theoretical part deals with physical security, lists not only IRS units, which are the Czech police or the Czech army, but also private security services and bodyguards. The practical part is dedicated to the stages of attack on soft targets. The phases are divided into the phase before the attack, the phase during the attack and the phase after the attack. The last chapter of this bachelor thesis is a description of a specific object, which in this case is a shopping gallery. |
