dc.description.abstract	Obsahem diplomové práce je vymezení Aktivní zálohy ozbrojených sil České republiky. S průběhem jejich základního výcviku, který probíhá u Velitelství výcviku - Vojenské akademii ve Vyškově a navazujícího výcviku, který probíhá prostřednictvím jednotlivých krajských vojenských velitelství, nebo konkrétních vojenských útvarů. Dále jsou vymezeny metody, kterými probíhá výcvik, návrhy na odstranění nedostatků při výcviku a možná vylepšení kurzu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject matter of this diploma thesis is a definition of the Active Reserve of the Armed forces of the Czech Republic. There is also an acquaintance with the course of the basic training which takes place at Training Command - Military Academy in Vyškov and consequential training which is held individually by the Military Regional Offices or particular Army units. Then there is a specification of training methods, suggestions of the elimination of shortcoming and the possibilities of the training improvement.
