Tato diplomová práce se zabývá transformací firmy Brano SBU Plasty na projektově ori-entovanou společnost. Práce je koncipována do třech částí, tj. teoretickou, analytickou a projektovou. V teoretické části jsem analyzovala literární prameny a definovala význam zásadních pojmů. V praktické části jsem představila firmu Brano SBU Platy se sídlem v Zubří. Hlav-ní částí analýzy je objasnění současné situace stavu projektového řízení ve firmě. Shrnutí je provedeno ve SWOT analýze, která uzavírá analytickou část. V projektové části je sa-motný návrh konkrétního řešení odstranění nedostatků. Výsledkem projektu je návrh im-plementace maticové organizační struktury, školení zaměstnanců, certifikace projektového manažera, implementace normy ISO 10006 a implementace softwaru podporujícího pro-jektové řízení. |

The main focus of this graduation thesis is on a transformation of Brano SBU Plasty company to a project-oriented company. The thesis is divided into three sections, theory, analysis and project one respectively. While the first theoretical section was done to form a short overview of a literature available and to define basic facts, the next practical part is dedicated to show the Brano SBU Plasty company and its plant based in Zubří. Most of the analytical section covers a study of the company project management situation and the most important facts are summarized in a SWOT analysis, which brings the second section of the work to its end. Last but most important portion contains a detailed proposal of the ways, how to eliminate indicated problems and weaknesses. As a project conclusion a short list of necessary actions is made, it includes recommendation to implement an organization structure matrix, to intensify employees learning, to get project manager certification, to make all necessary steps to pass a ISO 10006 norm audit and to start using a project management software. |
