dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zefektivnění procesu PPAP ve společnosti Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Eastern Europe s.r.o. Teoretická část se zabývá popisem procesu APQP. Dále jsou popsané všechny části PPAPu a pravidla pro hodnocení. V analýze současného stavu jsou využity metody měření času, zpracování podnikových dat a dotazníkové šetření u dodavatelů. Na základě výsledků a určení priorit došlo k realizaci nové verze checklistu pro klíčové důvody PPAPu a automatické kontroly v dodavatelském portálu E-Sep.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Master thesis is focused on improving the PPAP process in the company Mercedes-Benz Parts Logistics Eastern Europe s.r.o. The theoretical part deals with the description of the APQP process. Furthermore, we describe all PPAP elements and the rules for evaluation. For the analysis of the current state was used time measurement, business data processing, and questionnaire survey with suppliers. Based on the results and determination of priorities, for key PPAP reasons checklist and an automatic control were added to the E-Sep supplier portal.
