dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou ergonómie a jej uplatnenia pri výrobnom procese. Teoretická časť je spracovaná prostredníctvom literárnej rešerše z oblasti štíhlej výroby, štíhleho pracoviska a ergonómie. Tieto poznatky sú následne využité pre spracovanie praktickej časti práce. V praktickej časti je vykonaná analýza pracoviska, na základe ktorej sú stanovené nápravné opatrenia, ktoré sú uvedené v projektovej časti. Cieľom práce je vytvorenie ergonomicky vyhovujúceho pracoviska, aby sa znížilo riziko chorôb z povolania.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the issue of ergonomics and its application in the production process. The theoretical part is processed through a literature search in the field od lean manufacturing, lean workplace and ergonomics. This knowladge is then used to precess the practical part of the work. In the practical part, there is perfomed an analysis of the workplace. Then there are determined corrective arrangements, which are listed in the project part. The aim of the work is to create an ergonomically suitable workplace in order to reduce the risk of occupational diseases.
