dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá odstraňováním plýtvání ve výrobě. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o plánování a řízení výroby, identifikaci plýtvání a jeho odstranění. V praktické části je pak analýza výrobního procesu vybrané společnosti pomocí metod průmyslového inženýrství (např. sankey diagram, brainstorming apod). Na základě analýzy byl vytvořen projekt za účelem odstranění zjištěného plýtvání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis deals with the wasting reduction in production. In the theoretical part of thesis the findings about production managing, identification of wasting and its removal are described. In practical part there is analysis of certain company by industrial engineering methods (f.e. sankey diagram, brainstorming, etc.). In acordance with analysis the project was established in order to remove found wasting.
