Cílem této práce je vytvoření projektu organizace sociální péče v Karvinské hornické nemocnici, a také pojednává o struktuře poskytování zdravotně sociální péče. Práce se zaměřuje na poskytování této péče ve zdravotnických a ostatních zařízeních, a to především v Moravskoslezském kraji. V rámci řešení byly použity analýzy zaměřující se na zjištění problematiky a současné situace tohoto tématu, jak v blízkém okolí nemocnice, tak v nemocnici samotné. Provedeným výzkumem bylo zjištěno, jaká je situace zajištění této péče v okolí nemocnice, a že rozšíření služeb Karvinské hornické nemocnice o oddělení se zdravotně sociální péčí bude pro tuto oblast přínosem. Na základě zjištěných skutečností byl vytvořen projekt nového oddělení v této nemocnici, kterým nemocnice rozšíří své služby pro komplexnější poskytování zdravotně-sociálních služeb. |

The aim of this work is to create a project for the organization of social care in the Karvi-ná Hornická nemocnice, it also discusses the structure of health and social care provision. This thesis focuses on the provision of this care in medical and other facilities, especially in the Moravian-Silesian region. As part of the solution, analyzes were used to identify the issues and the current situation of this topic, in the vicinity of the hospital and in the hospital itself. The research revealed the situation of providing this care in the vicinity of the hospital, and that the expansion of the services of the Karviná Hornická nemocnice to include a department with health and social care will be beneficial for this area. Based on the findings, a project of a new department in this hospital was created, by which the hos-pital will expand its services for a more comprehensive provision of health and social services. |
