Předmětem této diplomové práce je analyzovat současný stav diskriminace na trhu práce v České republice. Teoretická část obsahuje základní poznatky o trhu práce, rovnosti, diskriminaci či legislativě. V praktické části je pomocí dotazníkového šetření, rozhovorů a analýzy dokumentů zjištěna současná situace diskriminace na trhu práce. Na základě těchto informací jsou navržena doporučení k omezení výskytu diskriminace. Nedílnou součástí diplomové práce je také návrh projektu pro odstranění projevů diskriminace na trhu práce. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the current state of discrimination in the labour market in the Czech republic. The theoretical part contains basic knowledge about labour market, equality, discrimination or legislation. The practical part contains questionnaire, interviews and analysis of documents. Throught this part of thesis is detected the current situation of discrimination in the labour market. Based on the information are suggested recommendations to reduce incidence of discrimination. Part of the thesis is a proposal of project to eliminate discrimination in the labour market. |
