dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá využitím fundraisingu pro rozvoj služeb Domova Alfreda Skeneho v Pavlovicích u Přerova, příspěvkové organizaci. Cílem této práce bylo připravit návrh využití fundraisingu pro financování rozvoje služeb již zmíněné neziskové organizaci. Pro zjištění aktuální situace organizace byly využity následující analýzy: McKinsey 7S model, PEST analýza, Porterův model pěti konkurenčních sil a na závěr SWOT analýza, která shrnuje všechny důležité poznatky z předchozích analýz. Na základě výsledků analýz byl navržen fundraisingový plán pro rozvoj služeb neziskové organizaci, který zahrnuje benefiční zápas a tombolu. Navržený projekt byl podroben rizikové a časové analýze. Přínosem této práce je pomoci neziskové organizaci v oblasti rozšíření nabízených služeb, na které ji nezbývá dostatek finančních prostředků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is concerned with the use of fundraising for the service development of Alfred Skene Home in Pavlovice u Přerova, the contributory organization. The aim of this thesis is to create a concept how to use a fundraising for the service development funding of the aforementioned non-profit organization. In order to find out the current status of the organization there were the following analysis used: McKinsey 7S model, PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces of Competitive Position analysis and in conclusion SWOT analysis, including the important knowledge from all previous analysis. Based on the analysis results there was a fundraising plan for the service development of the non-profit organization suggested, including a beneficial match and a raffle. The suggested project was subjected to the risk and time analysis. The benefit of this thesis is to help the non-profit organization to expand offered services, for which there are no sufficient funds.
