dc.description.abstract	Tématem této bakalářské práce je Analýza režijních nákladů firmy Jiří Šašinka - HORS. Cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení současného stavu systému řízení nákladů se zaměře-ním na režijní náklady ve firmě Jiří Šašinka - HORS. V práci jsou použity následující me-tody: horizontální a vertikální analýza nákladů, SWOT analýza, syntéza, deskripce. Výsledky práce jsou analýza současného stavu řízení režijních nákladů ve firmě Jiří Šašin-ka - HORS a zhodnocení a návrh na zlepšení současného stavu řízení režijních nákladů ve firmě Jiří Šašinka - HORS. Uvedené návrhy zahrnují schéma výpočtu krátkodobého vý-sledku hospodaření, metodu příspěvku na úhradu a metodu prodejní oblasti.	cs
