dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou procesu řízení zakázek ve společnosti Maxtubes, s.r.o. Vteoretické části je vypracována literární rešerše, zaměřená na problematiku vybraných podnikových procesů, včetně možnosti jejich zlepšování a modelování. Dle doporučené literatury je zde nastíněna funkčnost skladů a tok informací v podniku. Praktická část obsahuje představení společnosti, rozdělení a detailnější popis vybraných podnikových procesů. Konkrétně se věnuje procesu skladování. Na základě sběru dat a provedení analýz jsou navržena řešení pro zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of this bachelor thesis is to outline the organizational process of ordering in the Maxtubes company. The theoretical part deals with literary limitations, focused on the issue of selected business processes, including the possibility of their improvement and modeling. As per the recommended literature, a functionality of the warehouse as well as the information flow within the company are analysed. The practical part of the thesis deals with the introduction of the company, its division and detailed description of selected processes. In particular, it focuses on the management system of storing. Based on data collection and analysis, solutions are proposed to improve the current situation.
