dc.description.abstract	Předmětem této bakalářské práce je racionalizace a standardizace řízené dokumentace ve vybrané společnosti. Teoretická část je zpracovávána formou literární rešerše. Tato část popisuje štíhlou administrativu, standardizaci, vizualizaci a řízenou dokumentaci. V úvodu praktické části je představena práce racionalizace a standardizace řízené dokumentace. Dále byla v provedena analýza měření práce, revize dokumentů, tvorba a navrhování nových standardů a dokumentů. Na základě hlavních nedostatků z provedené analýzy byly navrhnuty možné zlepšovací návrhy. V závěru práce je provedeno celkové vyhodnocení na daných výrobních střediscích. Cílem práce je snížení počtu dokumentace, odstranění duplicit a navržení standardů.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theme of this bachelor thesis is focused on Rationalisation and Standardisation of Controlled Documentation in the Chosen Company. For the theoretical part is used metod of literaly research. There is described lean administration, standardisation, visual management and controlled documentation. Introdution of practical part is focused on project rationalisation and standardisation of controlled documentation. Further used method is analysis of work measurement, document revisio, creation and design of new standards and document. Based on the main shortcomings of the performed analysis were suggested possible improvement. In the conclusion of practical part include overal evalution in specific production centers. During the analysis will be designed possible improvements. The target of this project is reduction of work instructions, elimination of duplication and standard design.
