dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na výzkum v oblasti systémů motivace spolupracovníků. Smyslem teoretické části je vymezení základních pojmů v oblasti motivace a motivace na pracovišti, ve kterém autor popisuje také aktuální témata probírané na vědeckém poli. V praktické části pak představí nastavení systémů motivace ve firmě Baťa a. s. do roku 1939, popíše vybranou firmu, analyzuje principy systémů motivace ve vybrané firmě, kterou následně srovná se systémy motivace firmy Baťa a.s. do roku 1939 a doporučí její vhodné úpravy pro vedení vybrané firmy a její systémy motivace. V případě uspokojivých výsledků nastaveného motivačního systému vybrané firmy (pobočky), jej doporučí jako vzor pro inspiraci a benchmarking v dalších firmách (pobočkách) společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis focuses on research in the field of employee motivation systems. The purpose of the theoretical part is to define the basic concepts in the field of motivation and motivation in a workplace, in which the author also describes current topics discus-sed in the scientific field. In the practical part, he introduces the setting of motivation systems in the company Baťa a. S. Until 1939, describes the selected company, analyzes the principles of motivation systems in the selected company, which is then compared with the motivation systems of Baťa a.s. by 1939 and will recommend its appropriate modifications for the management of the selected company and its motivation systems. In the case of satisfactory results of the current motivation system of the selected company (branch), recommend it as a model for inspiration and benchmarking in other companies (branches) of the company.
