dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je vypracována na téma "Návrh konfekčního trnu". Teoretická část se zabývá skladbou gumárenské směsi, jak jednotlivé složky ovlivňují její vlastnosti. Dále pak možnostmi míchání gumárenských směsí a jejich základními fyzikálními zkouškami, kterými prochází téměř každá zamíchaná gumárenská směs. Teoretická část je zakončena popisem výroby vzduchové pružiny. Cílem praktické části je návrh konfekčního trnu, pro strojní ohrnování pogumovaného textilu okolo patkového výztužného kroužku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is formulated on a subject: "Building drum". The theoretical part of the thesis follows up the ideal composition of the rubber compound material mixture and how particular components involve its quality. Furthermore there are other options elaborated on how to mix the rubber compound materials in general and their common physical test results. The theoretical part is concluded by the description of air springs manufactory process. The main objective of the thesis practical part is to design a building drum serving as a major component for machine folding up of rubberized textile material around a foot reinforcing ring.
