Informácia ako základný atribút pre zabezpečenie kolektívneho riešenia vzniknutých kríz, problémov a úloh vo všetkých oblastiach spoločenského života, je predurčená k dynamickému komplexnému rozvíjaniu, čo som chcel zdôrazniť aj mojou diplomovou prácou. Uvedené je prezentované na príklade identifikácie, zberu, spracovania, vyhodnocovania a poskytovania informácií v oblasti krízového riadenia pri zabezpečovaní činností riadiacich systémov a zložiek, zodpovedných za ochranu životov, zdravia a majetku osôb pri mimoriadnych udalostiach, či iných závažných javoch. Dôraz som kládol hlavne na informačné systémy a technológie na úseku civilnej ochrany a krízového riadenia, z dôvodu aktuálneho vývoja v tejto oblasti po prijatí európskych zásad a kritérií na úseku integrovaných záchranných systémov. |

The information is a basic attribute for a common solution security that risen from crisis, problems in all sections of social life. The main idea and emphasis of my thesis is that the information is predestinate to dynamic and complex development in a all part in social life. My opinion is presented on identification example, data capture, elaboration, data evaluation and information providing in area of emergency ordination that are responsible for life, healthy and wealth protection during emergency and crisis situations. I accentuate emphasis on the information systems and technologies in a part of civil protections and crisis operations, on the ground of actual development at the field integration emergency systems after acceptance of the european principles and a criteria. |
