dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na posouzení finančního zdraví vybraného podniku za pomoci finanční analýzy. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zpracování finanční analýzy a navržení vhodných doporučení vedoucích ke zlepšení finanční situace podniku. Práce je rozdělena do dvou části. Teoretická část se zaměřovala na rešerši literárních zdrojů a poté popis definic, uživatelů, ukazatelů, pojmů a metod finanční analýzy. V praktické část byl představen podnik a odvětví, do kterého podnik spadá. Poté se práce zaměřila na zpracování finanční analýzy. Pro zjištění finanční situace vybraného podniku byly použity ukazatele rentability, zadluženosti, likvidity a ukazatele aktivity, které jsou porovnány s výsledky v odvětví. Byly také zpracovány modely jako INDEX IN a Z-skóre, které mají za úkol odhadnout blížící se bankrot. Nakonec bylo provedeno celkové zhodnocení finanční situace podniku a navržena řešení ke zlepšení celkového finančního zdraví podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on assessing financial health of the selected company with the help of financial analysis. The main objective of the thesis was to process financial analysis and to suggest appropriate recommendations leading to improvement of the financial situation of the selected company. The thesis is divided into two parts. Theoretical part was focused on analysis of literature and following description of definitions, users, financial ratios, terms and methods of financial analysis. The practical part introduced us the selected company and industrial sector where the company belongs. After that the thesis focused on the processing of financial analysis. To determine financial situation of the selected company profitability, debt, liquidity and activity ratios were used. The ratios were also compared with results of the whole industrial sector. The practical part of thesis also described models as INDEX IN and Z-score, which are capable of estimation of upcoming bankruptcy. In the end an overall assessment of the company's financial situation was made and recommendations were suggested to improve the financial health of the selected company.
