Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření a financování územně samosprávných celků a zhodnocením hospodaření obce Němčice. Cílem práce je zanalyzovat rozpočet obce za roky 2017 - 2019, jeho příjmovou a výdajovou stranu a posoudit hospodaření obce. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které je v rámci hospodaření obce nutno znát. V praktické části jsou analyzována celková data hospodaření obce Němčice. Na základě grafického znázornění je popsán vývoj celkových příjmů a výdajů, jejich výše a struktura. Dále je tato práce zaměřena na analýzu dotačních titulů a jejich účtování. |

The scope of bachelors thesis is economy and finances of territorially autonomous units and evaluation of the municipality management in Němčice. The aim of the work is to analyze the budget of the municipality in years 2017-2019, the revenue and expenditures and to evaluace the management of the municipality. From theoretical point of view the basic terms are defined. These are necessary to know within municipal economy. In practical part, the gross economy data of municipality Němčice are analyzed. Based on the graphic illustration the progression of gross incomes and cost, the amount and structure is described. The bachelors thesis is further focused on analysis of the grants and their accounting. |
