Cílem této práce je analýza zásob ve vybrané společnosti a poté podle poznatků zjištěných z analýzy zásob nalézt způsob zefektivnění řízení, navrhnout a doporučit možnosti vedoucí ke zlepšení hospodaření se zásobami ve vybrané strojírenské společnosti. Část první se zaměřuje na teoretické poznatky z oblasti zásob, jejich účtování, členění, řízení, rozeznávání nákladů k zásobám a také ukazatele aktivity. Praktická část je uvedena profilem společnosti a jejich ekonomickým stavem. Dále pak řízení zásob, jejich využití, stav zásob za určité období. U významných oddělení je proveden výpočet ukazatelů aktivity. V závěru je shrnutí poznatků z řízení zásob a doporučení pro budoucí zefektivnění řízení. |

This work aims to analyse inventory in a selected company and then, according to the findings of the analysis of inventory to find a way to streamline management, design, and recommend options to improve inventory management in a selected engineering company. The first part focuses on theoretical knowledge in the field of inventories, their accounting, classification, management, recognition of costs to inventories, and activity indicators. The practical part is presented with the profile of the company and its economic condition. Furthermore, inventory management, their use, inventory status for a certain period. For important departments, the calculation of activity indicators is performed. Finally, there is a summary of knowledge from inventory management and recommendations for future streamlining of management. |
