dc.description.abstract	Hlavní cíl této bakalářské práce spočívá především v charakterizaci vlastností a chování UV vytvrditelného laku na akrylátové bázi. Naším cílem bylo pochopit chování UV vytvrditelného laku tak, abychom byly schopni připravit lakovací směs, která bude splňovat náročné požadavky na jeho aplikace a zároveň povede k potlačení nebo snížení defektu rozdílné tloušťky laku po celém jeho povrchu. Z toho důvodu byly připraveny 2 různé poměry směsí laku a rozpouštědel. K nalezení ideálního poměru laku vůči směsi rozpouštědel byla nejprve provedena charakterizace fyzikálních vlastností jednotlivých směsí. Jednalo se především o analýzu kinematické a dynamické viskozity a hustoty v závislosti na hmotnostní koncentraci použité směsi rozpouštědel. Kromě charakterizace lakovací směsi byla charakterizována i lakovaná deska, respektive byla stanovena tloušťka vrstvy laku na několika místech od horního ke spodnímu okraji desky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of this bachelor thesis is mainly to characterize the properties and behavior of UV curable acrylate-based lacquer. The goal was to understand the behavior of UV curable lacquer so that we would be able to prepare a lacquer mixture that will meet the demanding requirements of its application. Moreover, the reduction of lacquer thickness over its entire surface will be done. For this reason, different ratios of lacquer and solvent mixtures were prepared. To find the ideal ratio of lacquer to solvent mixture, the physical properties of the individual mixtures were characterized. An analysis of kinematic and dynamic viscosity and density depending on the mass concentration of the solvent mixture were used. In addition to the characterization of the lacquer mixture, the coated sheet was also characterized. The thickness of the lacquer layer was determined at several places from the upper to the lower edge of the sheet.
