Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na tvorbu strategického dokumentu obce Brodek u Přerova, která je nazvána Rozvoj obce Brodek u Přerova. V rámci analýzy socioekonomického profilu obce jsou zahrnuty jednotlivé oblasti obce, jako obyvatelstvo, bydlení, občanská vybavenost, kultura, sport, životní prostředí, infrastruktura a informace o majetku obce, kde je zařazen nemovitý a finanční majetek obce i hospodaření s ním. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, byli dotázáni občané obce, aby vyjádřili názor na chod obce a také poukázali na jeho přednosti či nedostatky. Všechny získané informace, se staly podkladem pro vytvoření SWOT analýzy, strategické vize, strategických cílů a opatření. Součástí SWOT analýzy jsou silné a slabé stránky obce a také jejich příležitosti a hrozby, které mohou nastat při realizaci strategického dokumentu. Návrhová část je výsledkem zkoumání a obsahuje strategické cíle a jejich opatření. Díky této práci bylo možné poukázat na přednosti obce, ale také na jejich nedostatky, ve kterých je potřeba se rozvíjet. |

Bachelor's thesis is focused on creating a strategic document about the village Brodek u Prerova which is called "Growth of village Brodek u Prerova". Within the analysis of the socio-economic profile of the village the following individual areas were included: population, housing, civic amenities, culture, sport, the environment, the infrastructure and the information about the village property, which consists of real estate and financial possessions of the village and its resources. With the help of a questionnaire the citizens of the municipality were interviewed for getting their opinions about operations of the village and for pointing out its advantages and disadvantages. Every single piece of gathered data was used for creating the SWOT analysis, strategic vision, goals and their measurements. SWOT analysis consists of strengths and weaknesses of the village, its opportunities and threats, some of which might happen during the realization of this strategic document. The design part of this document is the result of the research and it contains strategic goals and the steps to achieve them. Thanks to this work it is possible to point out the advantages of the village, but also the disadvantages which could be improved in the future. |
