Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou verejného zdravotníctva, podporou a zefektívnením pracovnej sily v tomto odbore. V teoretickej časti popisuje východiská z oblasti fungovania systému, ľudských zdrojov a vzdelávania vo verejnom zdravotníctve. Praktická časť pozostáva z analýzy danej problematiky a projektu zameraného na zvýšenie vedomostí, podporu a zefektívnenie pracovnej sily v oblasti verejného zdravotníctva vo forme e-learning kurzu. Súčasťou je finančný plán, časový harmonogram a identifikácia rizík. |
