dc.description.abstract	Armáda České republiky započala proces přezbrojení před 11 lety a stále není ukončen. Důvodem byla morální a fyzická zastaralost stávajících zbraní. Samotný proces přezbrojení je značně finančně i časové náročný. Diplomová práce se věnuje mapování průběhu přezbrojování Armády České republiky. Jejím cílem je popsat a zhodnotit současný stav procesu přezbrojování a na základě zjištění prognózovat budoucí vývoj. K naplnění cíle byla použita a znázorněna metoda SWOT analýzy. Základním přínosem práce je ucelený soubor informací z oblasti udržení bojeschopnosti, dále práce napomáhá budovat dobré jméno profesionální armády České republiky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Armed Forces of the Czech Republic have begun the rearmament process 11 yeas ago and it is still not completed. The reason for rearming was the moral and physical obsolescence of existing weapons. The process itself is extremely financially and time consuming. The diploma thesis deals with mapping the course of rearmament of Armed Forces of the Czech Republic. The aim is to describe and evaluate the current state of the rearming process. And then based on the findings propose future developments. The SWOT analysis was used to fulfill the goal of the thesis. The basic benefit of the thesis is a comprehensive set of information in the field of maintaining combat capability. The thesis also helps to build the good reputation of the Armed of the Czech Republic.
