dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku krizového řízení malých obcí I. typu. Tato skupina obcí je specifickou oblastí v problematice krizového řízení. V teoretické části je tato problematika nastíněna obecně, v praktické části se práce věnuje krizovému řízení obcí ORP Třebíč. Je zde řešena role ORP a obcí, daná právními předpisy a jejich činnost v případě mimořádných událostí a krizových situací, vyplývajících z možných rizik. Součástí práce je analýza rizik území a jejich ošetření a stav připravenosti samospráv na tyto situace. Závěrečná část je věnovaná analýze krizového managementu Městyse Rokytnice nad Rokytnou a návrhům ke zlepšení funkce krizového managementu v dané obci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of crisis management of small municipalities I. type. This group of municipalities is a specific area in crisis management. In the theoretical part, this issue is outlined in general, in the practical part of the work is devoted to crisis management of municipalities ORP Třebíč. The role of ORP and municipalities, legal regulations and their activities in case of extraordinary events and crisis situations resulting from possible risks are addressed here. Part of the work is the analysis of the risk area and their treatment and the state of preparedness of local governments for these situations. The final part is devoted to the analysis of crisis management of the Rokytnice nad Rokytnou and proposals for improving the functions of crisis management in the municipality.
