Diplomová práca je zameraná na analýzu podniku prostredníctvom tradičných a moderných ukazovateľov merania výkonnosti. Súčasťou tejto práce je aj návrh implementácie konceptu EVA do riadenia výkonnosti podniku. Práca je rozdelená na teoretickú a praktickú časť. Teoretická časť je zameraná na problematiku hodnotenia výkonnosti podniku. Popisuje metódy hodnotenia výkonnosti pomocou tradičnej finančnej analýzy a moderného ukazovateľa ekonomickej pridanej hodnoty. Dôležitou časťou práce je spôsob implementácie tohto konceptu do podniku. Praktická časť, v úvode, predstavuje vybranú spoločnosť. Následne sa venuje analýze tradičných ukazovateľov. Hlavnou časťou práce je spracovanie moderného ukazovateľa EVA ako výkonnostného merítka. V závere práce je spracovaný návrh pre implementáciu tohto konceptu do vedenia podniku. |

The diploma thesis is focused on the financial analysis through the traditional and modern performance indicators. The part of this thesis is the proposal for the implementation of the EVA concept, in business performance management. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on the issue of business performance evaluation. It describes performance evaluation methods using the traditional financial analysis and the modern indicator of economic value added. The important part of the thesis is the method of implementation of this concept into the company. The introduction of the practical part presents the selected company. Subsequently, it deals with the analysis of traditional indicators. The main part of the thesis is drafting the modern indicator EVA as a performance criterium. The conclusion of the thesis describes a proposal for the implementation of this concept into the management of the selected company. |
