dc.description.abstract	Cílem předložené práce je na základě analýzy tržních příležitostí identifikovat a zhodnotit rizika vybrané investice. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá klíčovými aspekty investiční činnosti a věnuje pozornost zejména rizikům investování. V praktické části jsou zmíněny aktuální investiční trendy a blíže popsány zvolené investiční instrumenty, na jejichž příkladu je provedena fundamentální a SWOT analýza. Závěr této práce je věnován zhodnocení výnosnosti investiční příležitosti méně rizikového, ale zároveň investičně atraktivnějšího instrumentu

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main goal of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the risks of the selected investment on the basis of market opportunity analysis. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part deals with the key aspects of investment activity and pays particular attention to the risks of investing. In the practical part, the current investment trends are mentioned and the selected investment instruments are described more detailed, on the example of which a fundamental and SWOT analysis is performed. The conclusion of this thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the profitability of the investment opportunity of a less risky but at the same time more attractive investment instrument.
