dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí preventivně výchovné činnosti v České republice, konkrétně začleněním této problematiky do právního řádu České republiky. Autor si klade za cíl v teoretické části bakalářské práce vymezit aktuální situaci preventivně výchovné činnosti v ČR a v praktické části bakalářské práce zjistit současný stav preventivně výchovné činnosti ve třech vybraných zemích. Následně porovnat formy a metody jejich realizace. Dále se praktická část zaměřuje na analýzu nejvýznamnějších organizací s výchovným charakterem v daných státech. Na závěr je cílem práce navrhnout doplnění vhodné právní normy o preventivně výchovnou činnost ze získaných informací vycházejících z komparace právního rámce vybraných států a analýzy zvolených organizací.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the area of preventive educational activity in the Czech Republic, namely the incorporation of this topic into the legal order of the Czech Republic. The author aims to define the current situation of preventive educational activity in the Czech Republic in the theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis and to find out the current state of preventive educational activity in three selected countries in the practical part of the Bachelor thesis. Then compare the forms and methods of their implementation. Furthermore, the practical part focuses on the analysis of the most important educational organizations in the given states. Finally, the aim of the work is to propose the addition of an appropriate legal standard on preventive educational activity based on the information obtained from the comparison of the legal framework of the selected states and the analysis of the chosen organizations.
