Bakalářská práce pojednává o analýze zátěžových situací, které mohou působit na běžné pracovníky ve dvou odděleních společnosti EG.D. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První polovina práce je teoretická a druhá praktická. V teoretické časti je pozornost zaměřena na informacemi týkající se zátěže a zátěžových situacích jako takových. V praktické části je představena firma a provedena interpretace výsledků dotazníkové šetření, které bylo prováděno ve zmiňované firmě. V závěru bylo sepsáno doporučení možných zlepšení, které by firma mohla zavést. |

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of stressful situations that can affect ordinary workers in two departments of EG.D. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first half of the thesis is theoretical and the second half is practical. In the theoretical part, the focus is on information related to stress and stress situations as such. In the practical part, at the beginning, the company is introduced, the interpretation of the results of the questionnaire survey conducted in the mentioned company is made. Finally, recommendations for possible improvements that the firm could implement were written. |
