dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zlepšení interní logisticky a informačních toků ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem diplomové práce je zlepšit interní logistiku s informačním tokem, společně s odstranění papírové dokumentace na vybraném provozu ve společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na logistiku s následným zaměřením na výrobní logistiku a výrobu. V analytické části je představena společnost a nacházejí se zde analýzy zaměřené na interní logistiku a komunikaci skrz vybraný provoz. Cílem analýzy je zjistit pohyb polotovaru a efektivnost práce manipulanta a operátora. Následně je analyzována komunikace a skladované položky. V projektové části jsou popsány podrobné dílčí kroky k zavedení lepšího toku materiálu pomocí určení skladovacích míst a ke zlepšení informačního toku v podobě zavedení technologie RFID.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on improving internal logistics and information flows in a selected company. The aim of the diploma thesis is to improve internal logistics with information flow, together with the removal of paper documentation at selected operations in the company. The theoretical part is focused on logistics with a subsequent focus on production logistics and production. The analytical part introduces the company and includes analyzes focused on internal logistics and communication through the selected operation. The aim of the analysis is to determine the movement of the semi-finished product and the work efficiency of the manipulator and the operator. Subsequently, the communication and stored items are analyzed. The project part describes the detailed partial steps to implement a better material flow by identifying storage locations and to improve the information flow in the form of the introduction of RFID technology.
