dc.description.abstract	Předložená diplomová práce je zaměřena na racionalizaci materiálových toků ve vybrané společnosti. Výchozím bodem je sestavení teoretické části, která shrnuje poznatky o materiálových tocích propojených s definováním pojmu logistika a nástrojů pro jejich zlepšení. Praktická část je orientována na analýzu současného stavu výroby vybrané společnosti. Hlavní pozornost je věnována identifikaci nedostatků pracoviště na hale montáže. Toto je základní stavební kámen pro následující projektovou část. Výsledkem práce jsou navrhovaná řešení, v podobě nových layoutů. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny ekonomické přínosy projektu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Master's thesis focuses on rationalising material flows in the selected company. The starting point is putting together the theoretical part, which summarises knowledge of material flows connected with defining the term logistics and tools for their improvement. The practical part is oriented toward analysing the current production state in the selected company. The primary attention is dedicated to identifying workplace shortcomings in the production hall of the selected company. This is the cornerstone for the following project part. The results of this thesis are new propositions for layouts of the workplace. The conclusion of this thesis deals with assessing the economic benefits of the project.
