dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá varováním a informováním obyvatelstva za mimořádných událostí. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje legislativu ochrany obyvatelstva a ochranu obyvatelstva samotnou a její řešení na území České republiky. Popisuje také problematiku varování a informování obyvatelstva, jež se řadí mezi základní úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva. Praktická část se zaměřuje na řešenou oblast Městské části Praha 12 a popisuje její možnosti varování a informování obyvatelstva. V rámci návrhových opatření jsou řešeny stávající možnosti varování a jejich rozšíření a další možné způsoby vhodné pro řešenou oblast.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelors thesis deals with warning and informing of the population during emergencies. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. Theoretical part describes lagislation of the population protection and the population protection itself and its solution in the Czech Republic. It also describes the issue of warning and informing of the population, which is one of the basic tasks of population protection. The practical part focuses on the solved area of the Prague 12 City District and describes options at its disposal for warning and informing of the population. The proposed measures address the existing options for warning and infroming of the population and their extension and other possible ways suitable for the area.
