dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ropnými látkami a úniky ropných produktů, konkrétně modelaci úniku benzínu na železniční vlečce k podniku Čepro Loukov. V teoretické části se práce zabývá problematikou ropných látek z hlediska jejich vlastností, dělení, legislativy upravující nakládání s těmito látkami, činnost při likvidaci ropných havárií a také konkrétní příklady ropných havárií, ke kterým již došlo ve světě anebo může dojít na území České republiky. V části praktické se bakalářská práce nejprve věnuje popisu základních informací o lokalitě, ve které má dojít k úniku. Dále už se práce věnuje modelaci úniku benzínu na železniční vlečce pomocí softwaru TerEx. Součástí práce je analýza rizik pomocí Ishikawa diagramu a Check-listu. Zároveň je v práci užita metoda řízeného rozhovoru s hasičem podniku, který předává informace o fungování hasičského záchranného sboru podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with petroleum substances and leakages of petroleum products, specifically the modelling of a petrol leak on the railway siding to the Čepro Loukov plant. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of oil substances in terms of their properties, division, legislation governing the handling of these substances, activities in the liquidation of oil accidents and also specific examples of oil accidents that have already occurred in the world or may occur in the Czech Republic. In the practical part, the bachelor thesis first describes basic information about the location where the spill is to occur. Next, the thesis deals with the modelling of a petrol spill on a railway siding using the TerEx software. The thesis includes risk analysis using Ishikawa diagram and Chech-list. At the same time, the thesis uses the method of guided interview with the firefighter of the company, who conveys information about the operation of the fire department of the company.
