dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vzdělávání členů jednotek sboru dobrovolných hasičů obcí a jejich činností, na území ORP Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. Teoretická část vymezuje aktuální právní předpisy spolu se způsobem a rozsahem provádění odborné přípravy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní dobrovolné jednotky, z pohledu jejich připravenosti na mimořádné události. Součástí je i dotazníkové šetření a testová část, zaměřená na analýzu znalostí, nezbytných k výkonu činností v jednotce sboru dobrovolných hasičů obce. Výstupem práce jsou návrhová opatření a postupy, sloužící ke zlepšení aktuálního stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of education of members of the units of volunteer firefighters of municipalities and their activities, in the area of the municipality with extended competence Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The theoretical part defines the current legal regulations along with the manner and scope of vocational training. The practical part focuses on specific volunteer fire brigades, from the point of view of their preparedness for emergencies. It also includes a questionnaire survey and a test part, which is focused on the analysis of knowledge necessary to perform activities in the unit of the voluntary fire brigade of the municipality. The outputs of the thesis are proposal measures and procedures used to improve the current state.
