dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na využití sociálních sítí v ochraně obyvatelstva. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy a legislativou, které souvisí s danou problematikou. Následně je popsán princip sociálních sítí, kde je následně vytvořen soupis vybraných sociálních sítí. Praktická část se věnuje ochraně osobních údajů uživatelů sociálních sítí. Dále byla provedena analýza možností využití sociálních sítí vybraných subjektů ochrany obyvatelstva a analýza možností využití sociálních sítí vybranými subjekty ochrany obyvatelstva. Provedena byla také SWOT analýza. Na závěr byl vytvořen návrh nástroje subjektu ochrany obyvatelstva na vybraných sociálních sítích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis focuses on the use of social networks in population protection. The theoretical part deals with the basic terms and legislation related to the issue. Nextly the principle of social networks was described, where was created a list of selected social networks. The practical part deals with the protection of personal data of social network users. Then, an analysis of the possibilities of the use of social networks by selected entity of population protection was carried out. SWOT analysis was also performed. Finally, a proposal for a tool of the population protection entity on selected social networks was created.
