Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu externí komunikace vybraného města, konkrétně Prostějova. Práce je složena ze dvou částí. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce bylo zpracovat literární rešerší vztahující se k oblasti veřejné správy, regionální politiky, klasifikaci obcí, jejich hospodaření a následně komunikaci ve veřejné správě. Poté formulovat teoretická východiska pro zpracování praktické části. Cílem praktické čísti byla analýza současného stavu externí komunikace vybraného magistrátu. Výsledky realizované analýzy odhalily nedostatky, a proto byly magistrátu města Prostějov navržena doporučení, které povedou ke zlepšení současného stavu jeho externí komunikace s obyvateli. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of external communication of a selected city, namely Prostějov. The thesis consists of two parts. The aim of the theoretical part of the bachelor thesis was to prepare a literature search related to the field of public administration, regional policy, classification of municipalities, their management and communication in public administration. Subsequently, to formulate the theoretical background for the basis of the practical part. The aim of the practical part was to analyse the current state of external communication of the selected municipality. The outcome of the analysis revealed shortcomings. Therefore, recommendations have been proposed to the Prostějov City Council that will lead to the improvement of the current state of its external communication with the citizens. |
