dc.description.abstract	V bakalářské práci je provedena analýza hospodaření neziskové organizace a jsou formulována doporučení ke zmírnění problému cash flow NO ve vztahu k jejímu způsobu financování. Jako modelový objekt byla vybrána nezisková organizace Vzdělávací a informační středisko Bílé Karpaty, o.p.s. Veselí nad Moravou, které pracuje zejména v oblasti ochrany přírody a ekologické výchovy a osvěty. V textu jsou zpracovány literární prameny vztahující se k fungování neziskových organizací v České republice, jejich hospodaření a rozpočtům. Hlavní část je věnována analýze hospodaření konkrétní neziskové organizace pomocí některých ukazatelů finanční analýzy, jsou zde provedeny rozbory rozpočtů a cash flow jednotlivých projektů realizovaných v rámci činnosti organizace.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My bachelor thesis attempts to analyse the financing of a non-profit-making organization and suggests appropriate measures that would lessen the impact of the problematic cash flow of the non-profit-making organization in relation to its way of financing. I have chosen to work with the example of Bílé Karpaty Education and Information Centre (Vzdělávací a informační středisko Bílé Karpaty, o.p.s.) - an environmental non-governmental non-profit-making organization based in Veselí nad Moravou. My thesis includes the research of sources that provide information on how non-profit-making NGOs work and on the ways of financing and budget preparation these organizations use. The main part focuses on the financial analysis of Bílé Karpaty Education and Information Centre which was prepared with the help of some financial analysis indicators, on the analysis of budgets and budget preparation methods, and on cash flow of individual projects Bílé Karpaty Education and Information Centre has worked on.	en
