dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zhodnocení situace na trhu práce ve Zlínském kraji a současného stavu firem ve zpracovatelském průmyslu z pohledu dostupnosti pracovní síly a možnostem trhu práce v okrese Uherské Hradiště. V rámci teoretické části byly vysvětleny základní pojmy týkající se mikroekonomického a makroenomického pojetí trhu práce a metody zpracování práce. První část praktické části byla zaměřena na sekundární výzkum, v níž byla zpracována analýza trhu práce Zlínského kraje včetně sestrojení Beveridgeovy křivky a zhodnocení všech jeho okresů pomocí komparativní analýzy. Druhá část obsahovala primární výzkum uskutečněn kvalitativním výzkumem za pomoci Úřadu práce v Uherském Hradišti a kvantitativním výzkumem prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření u firem zpracovatelského průmyslu v okrese Uherské Hradiště. Závěrem bylo provedeno z analyzovaných výzkumných dat zhodnocení a doporučení pro okres Uherské Hradiště.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelor thesis was to evaluate the situation on the labor market in the Zlín region and the current state of companies in the manufacturing industry in terms of labor availability and labor market opportunities in the district of Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part explained the basic concepts related to microeconomic and macroeconomic conception of the labor market and labor processing methods. The first part of the practical part was focused on secondary research, in which the labor market analysis of the Zlín region was subjected, including the construction of the Beveridge curve and the evaluation of all its districts using comparative analysis. The second part contained primary research carried out using qualitative research with the help of the Labor Office in Uherské Hradiště and quantitative research using a questionnaire survey of manufacturing companies in the district of Uherské Hradiště. Finally, the evaluation and recommendations for the district of Uherské Hradiště were done from the analyzed research data.
