Tato diplomová práce pojednává o integrovaném záchranném systému (IZS) a o Armádě České republiky (AČR). Představuje a shrnuje možnosti působení AČR v rámci IZS. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnuje literární rešerši, integrovanému záchrannému systému a ozbrojeným silám ČR. Popisuje jednotlivé složky IZS, historii a strukturu AČR a v neposlední řadě vymezuje úlohu AČR v rámci IZS. Je zde také popsána legislativa využívání AČR v rámci IZS. Praktická část diplomové práce představuje možnosti využívání pozemních sil, vzdušných sil, kybernetických sil a teritoriálních sil. V šesté kapitole na jednotlivých příkladech ukazuje využití jednotlivých druhů sil a diskutuje možnosti působení jednotlivých velitelství. Dále se praktická část zabývá již proběhlými výzkumy, které práce představuje a vybrané z nich komentuje. Po shrnutí výsledků již proběhlých výzkumů práce začíná svůj vlastní výzkum pomocí dotazníkového šetření, které je rozdělené do 4 verzí pro následující skupiny: pro odborníky, vojáky z povolání, příslušníky jiných složek IZS a pro širokou veřejnost. V dílčích závěrech jednotlivých podob dotazníku jsou poznané skutečnosti promítnuty do dílčích analýz SWOT, které jsou následně zahrnuté v souhrnné analýze SWOT. Práce komentuje poznané závěry a promítá je do možností zlepšení využívání AČR v rámci IZS a posléze hodnotí přínosy jednotlivých možností. |

This diploma thesis deals with the integrated rescue system (IRS) and the Army of the Czech Republic (ACR). It illustrates and summarizes the possibilities of the ACR operation within the IRS. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is devoted to literary research, the integrated rescue system, and the armed forces of the Czech Republic. It describes the individual components of the IRS, the history and structure of the ACR and, finally, defines the role of the ACR within the IRS. The legislation on the use of the ACR within the IRS is also described here. The practical part of the thesis presents the possibilities of using land forces, air forces, cyber forces and territorial forces. In the sixth chapter, it demonstrates the use of individual types of forces on individual examples and discusses the possibilities of operation of individual headquarters. Furthermore, the practical part deals with an already conducted research, which the work presents, and selected ones are being thoroughly evaluated. Upon summarizing the results of an already conducted research, the work begins research of its own using a questionnaire survey, divided into 4 forms for the following groups: for experts, professional soldiers, members of other IRS units and for the general public. In the partial conclusions of the individual forms of the questionnaire, the identified facts are reflected in the partial SWOT analysis, and these are subsequently included in the summary SWOT analysis. The thesis comments on the findings and projects them into the possibilities of optimizing the use of the ACR within the IRS and subsequently evaluates the benefits of each optimization option. |
