Předmětem diplomové práce je syntéza kumarinových derivátů, jejichž vlastnosti a příprava jsou nastíněny v teoretické části. Praktická část je věnována pokusům o přípravu 3-substituovaných 4-hydroxykumarinů. Experimentální část obsahuje popis syntézy 3-fenyl-4-hydroxykumarinu z fenolu a derivátů kyseliny malonové. Také jsou popisovány pokusy o přípravu těchto derivátů z chlorované kyseliny 2-fenylmalonové. |

The subject of the diploma thesis is the synthesis of coumarin derivates, its properties and preparation that are outlined in the theoretical part. The practical part is devoted to attempts to prepare 3-substituted 4-hydroxycoumarins. The experimental part contains a description of the synthesis of 3-phenyl-4-hydroxycoumarin from phenol and malonic acid derivatives. Attempts to prepare these derivatives from chlorinated 2-phenylmalonic acid are also described. |
