Tato diplomová práce se zabývá rozšířením volnočasových aktivit ve vybraném hotelu. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše týkající se cestovního ruchu, hotelnictví, volného času a volnočasových aktivit a představuje také analytické metody, které byly v diplomové práci použity. Praktická část je rozdělena do dvou částí - analytickou a projektovou. Analytická část se zaměřuje na popis vybraného hotelu, analýzu současného stavu hotelu zahrnující analýzu obsazenosti a ekonomickou analýzu, SWOT analýze a vyhodnocení dotazníku a rozhovoru. V projektové části je na základě analýz vytvořený projekt rozšiřující volnočasové aktivity vybraného hotelu. Projekt je podroben časová, nákladové a rizikové analýze. |

This theses deals with the expansion of leisure activities in selected hotel. In the teoretical part there is a literature reaserch related to tourism, hotel industry, leisure time and leisure activities and also presents analythical methods used in this thesis. The practical part is devided into two parts - analythical and project. The analytical part is focused on the hotel description, analysis of the current status of the hotel including analysis of the occupancy and economical analysis, SWOT analysis, evaluation of the questionnaire and interview. In the project part, a project expanding the leisure activities of the selected hotel is created based on the analyses. The project is subjected to time, cost and risk analysis. |
