dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé diplomové práce je navrhnout obci vhodný způsob financování vybraného investičního záměru, vyplývající ze zhodnocení hospodaření obce a provedené finanční analýzy, včetně nastínění dopadů na hospodaření obce v následujících letech. Zkoumaným projektem je vybudování dopravní a technické infrastruktury pro oblast Třetí hony a následný odprodej vytvořených stavebních pozemků. Obci je doporučeno, aby projekt financovala pomocí bankovního úvěru a je provedena simulace situace po přijetí navrhovaného úvěru. Na závěr je pro projekt rovněž zpracována analýza nákladů a přínosů. Výsledky této práce mohou pomoci obci rozhodnout se, zda daný investiční záměr realizovat či nikoliv a zároveň jakým způsobem by mohl být financován.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my diploma thesis is to propose to the municipality with a suitable way of financing the selected investment plan, resulting from an evaluation of the municipality's management and financial analysis, including an outline of the impact on the municipality's management in the coming years. The researched project is the construction of transport and technical infrastructure for the Třetí hony area and the subsequent sale of the created building plots. The municipality is recommended to finance the project with a bank loan and a simulation of the situation after acceptance of the proposed loan is performed. Finally, a cost-benefit analysis is also prepared for the project. The results of this work can help the municipality to decide whether to implement the investment plan or not and at the same time how it could be financed.
