dc.description.abstract	Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování podnikatelského záměru pro otevření kavárny ve městě Brumov-Bylnice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část shrnuje základní poznatky podnikatelského záměru a jeho náležitostí. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu podniku a jeho konkurence, dále je zpracován podnikatelský záměr, který je následně podroben nákladové, rizikové a časové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this bachelor thesis is to develop a business plan for the opening of a cafe in the town of Brumov-Bylnice. The work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part summarizes the basic knowledge of the business plan and its requirements. The practical part contains an analysis of the company and its competitors, then a business plan is prepared, which is then subjected to cost, risk and time analysis.
