Tématem diplomové práce je infrastruktura požární ochrany ve městě Úpici. Vychází z platné legislativy, která se dotýká oblasti požární ochrany, hasičského záchranného sboru a kritické infrastruktury. Problematika kritické infrastruktury a její ochrany je nejdříve nastíněna obecně s akcentem na vývoj a základní rozdělení. Hlavní hypotéza práce zobrazuje otázku významnosti zařazení sboru dobrovolných hasičů ve městě Úpici do prvků kritické infrastruktury. K potvrzení hypotézy byly využity tyto analýzy rizik, k analýze současného stavu byla použita SWOT analýza s mapou rizik, výstupy pak byly využity jako výchozí materiál pro zpracování PNH analýzy. Výsledkem práce je návrh na odstranění zjištěných nedostatků sboru dobrovolných hasičů ve městě Úpici. |

The topic of the diploma thesis is the fire protection infrastructure in the town of Úpice. It is based on current legislation, which affects the field of fire protection, fire brigade and critical infrastructure. The issue of critical infrastructure and its protection is first outlined in general, with an emphasis on development and basic division. The main hypothesis of the thesis shows the question of the significance of the inclusion of the volunteer fire brigade in the town of Úpice in the elements of critical infrastructure. These risk analyzes were used to confirm the hypothesis, a SWOT analysis with a risk map was used to analyze the current situation, and the outputs were used as a starting material for processing the PNH analysis. The result of the work is a proposal to eliminate the identified shortcomings of the volunteer fire brigade in the town of Úpice. |
