dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na tvorbu business modelu lyofilizace microgreens. Je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část, která se dále dělí na analytickou a projektovou. Analytická část obsahuje analýzu vnitřního a vnějšího prostředí podniku a kvantitativní výzkum. Dotazníkovým šetřením je zjištění povědomí a zájem respondentů o zdravý životní styl vzhledem k microgreens. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je sestavení business modelu, pomocí plátna Lean Canvas. Obsahem práce je i ekonomické zhodnocení projektu. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty informace pro možnou realizaci business modelu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the creation of business models of microgreens lyophilization. It is divided into theoretical and practical part, which is further divided into analytical and project part. The analytical part contains an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company and quantitative research. The questionnaire survey is the findings and interest of respondents in a healthy lifestyle with respect to microgreens. The main goal of the diploma thesis is to build a business model using Lean Canvas. The content of the work is also the economic evaluation of the project. At the end of the work are summarized information for the possibility of implementing a business model.
