dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se věnuje hodnocení rizik bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci ve vybraném prostředí obchodu. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny pojmy k danému tématu. Dále je uvedena oblast bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a základní výčet legislativy vztahující se k této problematice. Poslední podkapitoly teoretické části práce popisují proces řízení rizik a vybrané metody rizikového inženýrství. V praktické části je charakterizován současný stav bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v konkrétním obchodu. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou vyhodnocena bezpečnostní rizika. Následně je vypracována metodická příručka společně s návrhem opatření adresované zaměstnavateli pro snížení identifikovaných rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of occupational health and safety in a selected business environment. The work has two parts, theoretical and practical.The theoretical part defines the terms of the topic. The area of occupational health and safety and a basic list of legislation related to this issue is in the first part. The last chapters of the theoretical part of the thesis describe the risk management process and selected methods of risk engineering. The practical part characterizes the current state of occupational health and safety in a specific store. Based on the performed analysis, security risks are evaluated. Subsequently, a methodological manual is developed together with a proposal of measures addressed to employers to reduce the identified risks.
