dc.description.abstract	Cílem mé bakalářské práce je provést analýzu nákladů ve vybraném mikropodniku za předpokladu využití zpřístupněných dat, se závěrem navrhnout opatření pro lepší řízení nákladů. Teoretická část se zabývá průzkumem literárních zdrojů pojednávajících o nákladech. Na základě znalostí z teoretické části je možné provést analýzu nákladů. Obsahem praktické části je představení společnosti, seznámení s majetkovou a finanční strukturou podniku. Hlavní naplní praktické části je analýza nákladů dle druhového členění a členění nákladů ve vztahu k objemu výkonů za roky 2018-2020. Na základě klasifikace nákladů dle vztahu k objemu výkonů je sestavena nákladová funkce a vypočítán bod zvratu. Poslední kapitola praktické části se věnuje návrhům a doporučením společnosti v oblasti řízení nákladů, které mohou podniku pomoci k lepšímu hospodaření v následujících letech.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is to perform a cost analysis in a selected micro-enterprise making use of available data, with the objective to propose measures for better cost management. The theoretical part deals with a survey of literary sources about costs. Based on knowledge of theoretical part, it is possible to perform a cost analysis. The content of the practical part is the introduction of the company, presenting the property and financial structure of the company. The main content of the practical part is the analysis of costs according to the type and breaking down the costs in relation to the volume of outputs for the years 2018-2020. Based on the classification of costs relation to the volume of outputs, the cost function is obtained and the break-even point is calculated. The last chapter of the practical part deals with the company's proposals and recommendations in the field of cost management, which can help the company to better manage costs in the coming years.
