Hlavním předmětem této diplomové práce je návrh projektu pro zlepšení a efektivnost technického servisu ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Teoretická část je literární rešerší odborné literatury z oblasti managementu ve zdravotnictví, problematiky v oblasti zajištění technického servisu ve zdravotnických zařízeních a náležitostí pro zdravotnické prostředky. Přináší tak důležité poznatky, které jsou nezbytné pro zpracování praktické části. Praktická část je podrobena důkladné analýze současného stavu technického servisu ve zdravotnických zařízeních. V poslední části je na základě získaných informací z provedené analýzy podnikových procesů představen návrh spočívající v inovativním zavedení metody TPM do již zavedeného procesu. Závěr práce je navíc podroben analýzou rizik metodou RIPRAN a jsou zhodnoceny přínosy projektu z ekonomického pohledu. |

The main subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a project for the improvement and efficiency of technical service in medical facilities. The theoretical part is a literature search of professional literature in the field of management in healthcare, issues in the field of technical service and essentials for medical devices. It thus brings important knowledge that is necessary for the processing of the practical part. The practical part is subjected to thorough analysis of the current state of techcical service in medical facilities. In the last part, the proposal is presented on the basis of information obtained from the analysis of business processes, consisting in the innovative introduction of the TPM method into the already established process. The conclusion of the work is subjected to risk analysis using the RIPRAN method and the benefits of the project from an economic point of view are evaluated. |
