Cílem této diplomové práce je návrh implementace vybraných nástrojů controllingu do vybrané firmy, se zaměřením na strategický controlling a implementaci konceptu Balanced Scorecard. Teoretická část je založena na kritické literární rešerši českých i zahraničních zdrojů z oblasti controllingu se zaměřením na strategický controlling, přesněji na Balanced Scorecard a její implementaci ve firmě. V praktické části, na základě analýzy současného stavu ve společnosti, je vypracován projekt návrhu implementace vybraného nástroje do zvolené firmy. Závěrem projektu bude následné zhodnocení z časového a nákladového hlediska a přínosu včetně následných rizik. |

The aim of this diploma thesis is to propose the implementation of selected controlling tools in a selected company, focusing on strategic controlling and the implementation od the Balanced Scorecard concept. The theoretical part is based on a critical literature search of both Czech and foreign sources in the field of controlling with a focus on strategic controlling, more precisely on the Balanced Scorecard and its implementation in the company. In the practical part, based on the analysis of the current state of the company, a project for the implementation of the selected tool will be developed. The end of the project will be a subsequent evaluation in terms of time, cost, benefits and subsequent risks. |
