dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku týkající se znalosti, pochopení a šíření mezinárodního humanitárního práva v rámci ozbrojených sil České republiky. Teoretická část práce objasňuje co je mezinárodní humanitární právo, základní pojmy, historický vývoj práva, základní právní předpisy a zásady, které se týkají této problematiky se zaměřením na právo ve válečném konfliktu. Mimo jiné jsou v teoretické části popsány konkrétní případy z minulosti, kdy bylo mezinárodní právo použito v rámci vojenských soudů. Praktická část se zaměřuje na posouzení aktuálního stavu ve vzdělávání příslušníků Armády České republiky v oblasti mezinárodního humanitárního práva. Navrhuje také některé nové přístupy k řešení této problematiky. V práci byly použity metody dotazníkového šetření a přednášky s diskuzí na modelové situace.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with International Humantiarian Law and its knowledge, understanding and sharing in the personnel of the Czech Armed Forces. The text is divided into two parts: the first part discusses the concept of International Humanitarian Law, its historical development and the legal acts and principles applied to armed conflicts. The treatise includes examples of international laws used in court-martial proceedings. The second part of the thesis attempts to asses the current situation in the knowlege and educational proceedings in International Humanitarian Law in the Czech Army personnel. Further it offers several new approaches to making the situation of the knowledge better .The research was done with the help of a questionaire and discussions in model situations. 0
